I'm an empowering and highly supportive Certified Personal Trainer and Accredited Certified Wellness Coach. With a B.A. in Social Sciences, over 2500 direct mental health coaching hours, and over 80 ICF continued coach education credits in behavioral health coaching, evidence-based psychology, and culturally responsive care, I'm excited and well-equipped to guide you on your wellness journey.

My passion for this work is rooted in my own experiences of overcoming stress, anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, and burnout. I transformed my life through an integrative approach to health and wellness, focusing on physical fitness, emotional well-being, and purposeful living. This journey inspired me to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and to specialize in physical fitness, mindfulness, and behavioral health coaching.

I understand the transformative power of combining exercise, stress management skills, and personalized support to reach your goals. I blend my education and expertise in behavioral health and exercise science to create dynamic workouts and training sessions designed to empower women, athletes, and expecting or postpartum moms. My goal is to help you reach your full potential, increase your energy, and achieve your mental and physical fitness goals.

During my sessions and workshops, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and fun space where you’ll feel comfortable, confident, and empowered. I support women and moms in managing stress and anxiety, increasing confidence and resilience, and improving overall well-being. Additionally, I help athletes develop emotion regulation and social-emotional skills to enhance their performance both on and off the field.
