Personal 1:1 Training & House Calls

Unlock your full potential with G during 1:1 training, where custom programming created exclusively for you and expert guidance will propel you toward your fitness goals. Each session is tailored to your needs and progress, ensuring maximum results.

What’s Included:

  • 60-minute personalized functional, strength, conditioning, and sports performance programming.

  • Individualized goal setting and progress tracking.

  • Nutrition analysis and coaching by G and a Nutritionist.

  • Monthly 30-minute coaching check-in calls to ensure your progress remains on track, addressing any challenges along the way.

  • Feel Good Fitness Guide ($65 Value) for nutrition and recovery guidance and strategies to help you optimize your performance and reach your goals.

Semi-Private Workouts

Semi-private training differs from traditional large-group classes. With sessions limited to four (4) women or fewer, this allows G to provide laser-focused support to help you achieve your fitness goals, all while maintaining accessibility and affordability in rates.

What’s Included:

  • 60-minute full-body functional, strength, conditioning, and performance training.

  • A supportive, non-competitive community of like-minded women.

  • Access to optional discounted Nutrition & Mental Health Coaching sessions to address any roadblocks and ensure you reach your mental and physical fitness goals.

I’m all about empowering women and athletes to feel more confident in and outside the gym, teaching them along the way, ensuring injury prevention, and having fun while striving toward their goals.
