My Background and Expertise: As a former student-athlete, I know firsthand the pressures and rewards of striving for peak performance in both sports and life. With over 5 years of experience training and coaching high-performing individuals, I bring a deep understanding and commitment to my coaching practice.
Holistic Development: My journey as a coach and mentor, particularly as the head coach for a program called Girls on the Run, has shaped my approach. In this role, I taught social-emotional learning (SEL) skills alongside physical fitness training. This experience has honed my ability to empower young athletes toward more resilience, confidence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Comprehensive Approach: Choosing me as your child’s coach means investing in a comprehensive approach to athlete development. My coaching integrates emotion regulation, stress management, and resilience-building techniques to enhance performance on the field and enrich life off the field. I guide athletes through the unique challenges they face as an athlete, helping them excel now and prepare for life beyond sports.
